Each organization gets its own private network of synthetic partners. A prescription sent by a learner acting as the provider arrives in the pharmacy workspace, where another learner or the trainer works it. Claims are adjudicated by simulated payers with realistic denials. Trainers assign cases, watch attempts, inject events and grade against rubrics.
Why we built it
Training programs teach revenue cycle and clinical workflows on slides or on production EHR demos that cannot be broken. Learners never see what happens after they click send: the pharmacy that receives the prescription, the lab that accessions the specimen, the payer that adjudicates the claim.
Revelrex designed and built a multi-tenant training EHR where every hand-off is real inside the simulation. Practice, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, specialist, payer, clearinghouse and patient portal each have their own workspace and login. Trainers assign cases, observe attempts, inject events and grade against rubrics. Every sandbox starts with a full day of synthetic patients, claims and denials.
