Are the prices on the website the real prices?
Yes. The rates published on the pricing page are our standard rates. Your service order records the rate for each service, and that rate stays fixed for the term of the agreement even if our standard prices change later.
How does percentage-based billing work?
Each month we enter the applicable collections for the period and the invoice calculates the fee at your contracted rate. For example, $125,000 in applicable collections at 2.5% is $3,125; at the combined 4% billing and denial management rate it is $5,000. The definition of applicable collections is written into your service order.
Can I request a service without knowing exact quantities?
Yes. Credentialing, for example, can be recorded as "as needed at $150 per application". Each completed application is then listed on your invoice.
How do I pay invoices?
Invoices are issued from your dashboard with a due date. Payment is currently made by bank transfer or check; when Revelrex records the payment, your invoice status updates and the receipt is available in your dashboard.
